Martial Law (19982000) Sammo Law (Sammo Kam-Bo Hung), a top flight cop and hand to hand combat instructor from Shanghai, China comes to Los Angeles to search for a crime boss and female undercover cop Chen Pei Pei (Kelly Hu), with whom his department lost contact.
